I was here for 1 day and would definitely stop here again. Location: the hotel was near train station and tourist centre, and the piazza bra. Stopped by Caffe Porta Nuova to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend.

Great staff - they were very helpful and friendly, giving us insider tips and showing us around. Also, the room was clean and well-maintained. Good location - it was conveniently situated between the train station and the city center, making it easy to get around. it was a pleasant stay.
Lack of safety deposit box - it would have been nice to have a safe or a place to keep valuables. The absence of one made us a bit uneasy.

The room was clean and cozy. The staff was very helpful and gave us great tips for where to eat and what to see in the surrounding area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and close to many shops and restaurants. Staying here for Christmas was perfect as the city was beautifully decorated with lights and festive markets.
The walls were quite thin and we could hear our neighbors talking and moving around. The breakfast was quite basic and didn't offer much variety.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Verona that I would highly recommend. The first thing that impressed me was how close it was to both the train station and the center of town. It was just a short stroll, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, providing lots of great recommendations for places to eat and drink. I particularly loved their suggestion of trying Aperol Spritz for only €2.50 - what a bargain!
No noticeable negative aspects - everything was just perfect!
